What is the job about?
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will secure profitable business for Grundfos Nordic and Baltic Market within our Data Centre business. Moreover, you will:
Drive large project sales as well as providing key account management on specific installers, contractors, and end users.
Be responsible for providing activities relating to the customer relationship management to meet the business and customer needs, including full maintenance of our CRM package.
Work closely and maintain collaboration on Datacenters across Global DC team as well as local sales team in CBS N&B Area.
Monitor the product sales & selected KPI’s to ensure we are on track to deliver our budgets, and take corrective actions as required.
Engage and deliver product knowledge, application, and troubleshooting skills to the organization & customers, as required.
Be a skilled presenter having the ability to construct and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support our sales efforts.
Facilitate the business agenda and strategy implementation across all markets and involve Global or local teams when needed.
What do you need to apply?

Have a commercial and/or technical educational background on bachelor level.
Have a high degree of product & application knowledge
Have knowledge of SAP CRM, Power BI and BW Experience
Are excellent in driving Project sales and Pipeline Management
Have advanced organizational and prioritizing skills.
Are familiar and experienced with Microsoft Packages.
Have good communication and collaboration skills.
Have business language skills in spoken and written English.
