Responsibilities
Converting the design into a system or a solution by coding, verifying, simulating, testing, and documenting in order to deliver agreed value to stakeholders.
Typical responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Foster close daily and long-term collaboration with team members in Manila and Denmark, demonstrating leadership qualities and promoting effective teamwork
- Have an integral part in developing the most suitable technical solutions to meet customer requirements, emphasizing reusability and efficiency while providing technical expertise and direction
- Collaborate closely with other architects and developers in the area to collectively deliver the best-suited solutions, contributing your technical expertise to the team's benefit
Qualifications
We envision that you have:
- A relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds including B2B Commerce
- Strong JavaScript/Front end Skills - Strong LWC or Aura development skills
- Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and its use cases
- Need to have a clear understanding of MVC architecture
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-oriented solutions
- Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
- Knowledge of source code, version management, and code deployment standards - Experience in Azure DevOps and GIT
- Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

- Working Agile and using Scrum/Kanban
- Previous experience in a multinational organization
- Previous experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an E2E IT solution, troubleshoot issues on the way, and align priorities
