Netic is a successful IT operations and managed service provider, with a focus on managing mission critical applications and infrastructure. Our current and future growth is within highly specialised managed services in Cloud Native, Kubernetes, core infrastructure and managed applications.

We are experiencing an increasing demand for our services, and therefore we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sales Executive. Our new colleague will be responsible for expanding the sale of our complex IT-service solutions and manage selected existing clients, respond to demand, and develop new prospects.

Your workplace will be one of Netic’s offices in Aalborg, Aarhus, or Copenhagen.

You will refer to our CCO, Claus Hansen, and be part of a dedicated and successful commercial team, including Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Product Management.

You will be accountable for selling managed services, consulting projects, operations, and maintenance of business-critical IT systems within sectors such as highly regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, etc), enterprise and ISVs.

You will function as a central link between customers and Netic’s delivery organisation and collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team, presales, and Netic’s technical delivery teams.

We don't expect you to tick all the boxes below, but we expect that you are able to inspire trust and enthusiasm among customers, colleagues, and partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying business and IT challenges for the customer and providing strategic advice on appropriate solutions.
  • Establishing relationships with CxO-level, Line of Business, and IT leadership among both existing customers and potential prospects.
  • Understanding the customer’s situation and needs and communicating these internally within Netic to ensure alignment.
  • Managing and negotiating agreements and leading major proposals in collaboration with other Netic teams.
  • Collaborating across business areas within Netic.
  • Monitoring performance, budgets, and critical operational matters.
  • Maintaining CRM and ensuring proper documentation regarding customers.

Success criterias include:

  • Initiate dialogue with new customers.
  • Sell complex IT services at different levels of the customers’ organisation.
  • Achieve team and individually defined sales objectives.
  • Manage detailed account planning for selected potential customers and scheduling meetings/activities to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Execute communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and written skills in Danish and English.
  • Ability to build networks and maintain strong business relationships within enterprise companies and public sector organisations in Denmark.
  • Skilled in meeting customer needs and empathising with their perspective.
  • Identifying and evaluating different options before deciding.
  • Possesses analytical, logical, and strategic acumen.
  • Inspires team members and believes in mutual enhancement for optimal results.
  • Acts in accordance with Netic’s values and fosters teamwork within the team and across the company.

Prior to employment, a criminal record check will be conducted. You must be able to obtain security clearance and maintain it throughout your employment at Netic.
