We are getting ready to launch a brand new product series and we are looking for an awesome Account Manager to help us spread the word globally!
As our new Account Manager, you will own the sales process for our new asset-tracking product series. You get your energy from getting things done and are passionate about creating results and good deals. You are good at creating relationships and manage to understand the customer's needs and convey what value Seluxit's solutions can give the customer.
With this role, you have the exciting challenge of helping to create and implement the entire sales process for our latest product series right from the start. You will also handle contract negotiation, CRM management, and sales reporting.
We are a close team at Seluxit, and really value open communication and feedback on ways the team can improve together.

The daily stuff
Customers/Partners/Distributors
- You can find new ones, and they like you :)
- You close contracts. In fact, you enjoy closing contracts
- You assist our CEO with sales to major customers
- You have great communication skills
- You work closely with your colleagues in all departments
Sales Process and Reporting
- You know that the key to sales is also having a structured approach
- You enjoy setting ambitious goals and tracking your progress and success
- You can negotiate customer contracts
- You work closely with marketing on sales and marketing activities
- You participate in fairs etc
You
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales
- You are naturally curious and playful, not afraid to try new things
- You get energy from closing new sales, as well as finding new sales channels and customers
- You’re cool working with numbers and spreadsheets
- You have high integrity and a trustworthy personality
- You have the opportunity to travel (mainly in Europe - up to 50 days per year)
- Existing asset tracking or logistics networks are a plus
- Existing knowledge of tendering procedures is also a plus
