We are looking for an analytically skilled Global Sales Analyst & Team Lead to be team leader for the sales support team and to perform analyzes of sales and purchasing / category so that IJH A/S (Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk) brand’s full potential and strong identity is produced, sold, and distributed through all sales channels to optimize and further develop commercial market presence. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in our further growth and become an important player in the implementation of Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk’s strategy. We offer an inspiring work environment and need a person with a great overview - who can both delegate and execute. You will be reporting to the Chief Sales & Category Officer.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES E.G.:

  • Team lead for support team
  • Insight Hub; report generation, risk/upside analysis
  • Template development for budget- and performance tracking
  • Sales analysis, Category analysis
  • Global best practice sharing and optimizing business
  • B2B newsletters to our global distributor network
  • Samples mapping
  • Cross communication with countries
  • Category Management Support


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Several years of experience from a similar position
  • Data-driven and strong analytical skills combined with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Analytical, structured, targeted, and vigorous
  • Interest and curiosity in process development withgreat communication skills
  • Business operations and motivated to make a difference and take responsibility
  • Work independently and having excellent collaboration and team spirit skills
  • Creating credibility for the function by consistently deliver high quality and working with goals and deadlines


PERSONAL COMPETENCIES - AS A PERSON YOU ARE / HAVE

  • Seeking solutions and results without sacrificing quality / functionality
  • Motivated by ‘owning’ projects and being a great team leader, budget, and processes
  • Passion for numbers, reporting and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
