Skilled, self-motivated and proactive Sales Manager

IJH A/S – Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk – North Zealand, Denmark

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, highly skilled, structured Sales Manager with an excellent track record in the pursuit of mayor sales, who will be a trustworthy brand ambassador for Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk and can manage own sales areas and develop some of our minor emerging markets. You will be part of a dedicated sales team and will report to Head of Sales, Jan Rosenbeck.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of work experience within the field of fashion, shoes, and lifestyle products
  • Analyze market potentials, develop, and implement sales plans to grow the business
  • Plan and drive sales activities with execution of sales to existing and new customers
  • Daily follow-up on customers with a focus on ongoing sales and supplements
  • Preparation of sales budgets and market/international trade fairs, exhibitions, and country visits

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sales and trustworthy customer relations and with strong business development skills
  • Huge sales drive and result-oriented with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent key-account experience preferably with a relevant commercial education
  • Advanced communication skills incl. fluent English, Danish and preferably also other languages
  • Ability to work solo as well as being a productive and empathetic team member
  • Positive and outgoing personality with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Proven ability to be organized and responsible for own work
  • Great work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
