Do you have a knack for giving excellent customer support while simultaneously having experience with IT systems? At Adversus, we’re looking for a new addition to our Revenue Department as a CX Manager. Your primary focus will be giving our Swedish clients the best customer experience.
Adversus is an all-in-one call center platform contributing to structuring and optimizing our customers’ outbound and inbound activities. Our platform is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), where we continuously optimize based on our customers’ needs.
Adversus was established in 2016, and we have since experienced growth in both customers and employees. We are especially experiencing an increase in Swedish clients, which is why we’re on the lookout for a Swedish-speaking Customer Success Manager.
Our headquarters is based in Aarhus, where every aspect of our business is managed, including support, sales, development, marketing, and administration. We also have partners located in Armenia, Tel Aviv, and Canada handling sales, support, and marketing.
Your role at Adversus
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for giving our customers and users the best possible experience with our system. You will be providing support to a broad segment of customers primarily located in Sweden - mainly focusing on the use of Adversus but also the clients’ internal processes. A good business understanding is therefore essential.
You will be given responsibility for your own customer base, where you’ll be the customers’ go-to person during the entire customer journey. Therefore, your role is an essential part of helping clients experience success when using Adversus - from the onboarding process to continuous customization and implementation of new features.
You will be supported by experienced and capable developers who are always ready to help on more complex and technical matters. With that being said, it is still vital that you have a general understanding of IT systems which is why previous experience with, e.g., CRM or CDP platforms, is beneficial. Another great advantage is that you understand technical integrations between different systems, including API and webhooks.
You will have ample opportunity to evolve both personally and professionally by continuously taking more responsibility for the overall goals and business processes. That is why we would like you to have a curious approach to learning new things - and not being afraid to take responsibility.
We provide service to customers located in Scandinavia and most of Europe. Since your primary customer base will be Swedish clients, it’s a necessity that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, besides English as well, in both writing and speaking.

- Support on phone, chat, and email
- Onboarding & follow-up sessions
- Creating support articles and other content
- Outreach to existing clients
- Making sure clients have the optimal setup in Adversus
You must be
- Good at communicating in both writing and speaking
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Outgoing and thrive in a social work environment
- Service-minded and look at solutions instead of limitations
- Proactive and great at working independently
