At FLEXA, they are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to strengthen the position as a premium children’s furniture and toy brand. You will be responsible for managing and developing the B2B retail network across the Nordic, UK, and selected international markets.

This is your chance to become the driving force for new and existing business partners, with whom you will plan and execute sales activities, locally as well as driven from the headquarter. You will operate according to the brand strategy, carry out activities with online and offline partners, and be responsible for sales budgets in your territory.

Your role & responsibilities
You will play a key role in seeking new business opportunities and achieving market goals. Specifically, you will be:

  • Responsible for growing and expanding turnover in your territory
  • Supporting FLEXA partners on daily basis
  • Developing and implementing business plans for your key accounts
  • Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities
  • Introducing and implementing new products
  • Planning and executing staff training

What is expected from you
We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong sales profile with a proven track record of excellent results
  • Experience from working with kids’ design & lifestyle and/or experience from working in the furniture retail industry
  • Experience from international sales and an up-to-date network across the international furniture retail industry
  • Solid communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset. You speak Danish and English fluently, and preferably you master a third language too
  • A team player spirit, who can operate in a matrix organisation
  • Thorough user knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office

Location
FLEXA HQ, Fredensgade 36, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. Travel activity is expected to be 40 – 50 days a year.
