Are you ready to take charge and continue the growth of the Play category across Europe in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers? And do you have the competences to secure a coherent strategy and market approach for new products? Then this is up your alley!
At FLEXA, they are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Category Sales Manager to join the sales team. You will get the opportunity to evolve your competences in a fast-growing product category within FLEXA in a role with diverse market and sale challenges.
You will be the Sales Responsible for existing customers and be the driving force for new business opportunities across Europe. FLEXA already has a solid customer base, many are digitally founded, and recently FLEXA has expanded the category with exciting new products. As the new Category Sales Manager, you will continue the expansive journey and identify and pen new customers.

Location
FLEXA HQ, Fredensgade 36, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. Travel activity is expected to be 40 – 50 days a year.

- Manage B2B sale, supported by co-workers in the sales team
- Grow new business and maintain the development of existing accounts
- Plan and execute staff training within the sales department
- Participate in trade fairs and events
- Facilitate successful product launches within the field
- Identify and share valuable insights from market to HQ
- Phone sales
We expect that you...
- Are driven and goal-oriented
- Possess solid communication skills and an enthusiastic personality
- Can work independently but have a strong motivation for succeeding as a team
- Can create an overview and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while still knowing how to prioritise
- Are structured and data-driven
Key qualifications:
- Experience from kids’ lifestyle or the toys industry
- Proven track record within the field of sales and marketing
- You will be in daily contact with German and English speaking customers and therefore you need to be fluent in German, English and preferably a 3rd language – might be French?
- Possess the ability to work under pressure while still be accommodating and service-oriented
- Capable utilising Power BI and working in Microsoft Office etc.
