You will join our dynamic and results oriented NOOS department – a key, strategic asset for VERO MODA. We are committed to creating a strong and trendy replenishment program for our customers that is in tune with market demands, and thereby, supports our continuous growth. A versatile and challenging job
As a Product & Sales Coordinator at VERO MODA NOOS, you are responsible for a range of tasks and activities that go into generating sales. This includes placing and following up on orders, updating systems, coordinating calendars, communicating sales information, preparing collections, reviewing marketing material – and much more.

More specifically, you will focus on:

  • Providing administrative support to our sales responsible and sales department
  • Creating and following up on sales lists and order processing
  • Preparing collections
  • Creating and updating catalogues and other sales and marketing material
  • Communicating sales information
  • Daily contact with Sales, Marketing, Buying, and DIRECT among others.

This is a maternity leave cover, but with the possibility of an extension afterwards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education, preferably a BA degree or higher
  • Experience working with sales and administration, preferably from a retail environment
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Well-organised, service minded and solid numeracy
  • Fluent in English in writing and speech – knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.

This role calls for an excellent coordinator, who can juggle several tasks at once. You are meticulous, paying attention to detail, while never losing sight of the bigger picture. Since others are reliant on your input, it is key that you can plan and prioritise your work effectively and meet deadlines. As this role involves contact with several other functions, it is further key that you are outgoing, service minded and a strong communicator, who can build and maintain relationships at all levels. You are a team player, always assisting you colleagues when needed. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and thrive on challenges.
