Would you like to take on a position where you will be the Operations organisation’s Service Sales expert and go-to person?
As Service Sales Specialist, you will join our Operational Sales Support department and be the link to the Service Sales organisation, using your service operational knowledge and commercial understanding. You will report to the Head of Service Sales Support and contribute to the development of the department.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…build networks within Operations to secure efficient support to Service Sales by obtaining a broad understanding of the service business both with respect to operational matters and data analysis. As a service-minded “go-to” person, you will be a trusted sparring partner to the Service Sales organisation, and you will represent Operations in customer interactions.
You will also be responsible for:
Secure close cooperation with Operations Sales Analysis and alignment with service cost base assumptions Develop new and consistent processes to support the Service organisation and feed operational experiences to Service Sales Support the establishment of mandates and decision-making processes Drive the development of new documents to support Service Sales

…has good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships and secure collaboration. You have knowledge of the offshore wind industry including key service business drivers. You have a high personal drive and engagement, and it is important that you are result-oriented and pragmatic without loosing attention to detail.

Are structured and have a quality mindset Have good communication and English skills and are confident presenting in front of an audience Have a commercial or engineering background with a degree in economics, law, engineering or equivalent Has at least 5 years of experience from sales and the offshore wind industry Have good IT skills
