Opportunity
The Sales Operations Partner – will be responsible to drive sales contracting performance. They will lead the tender season coordination and follow up including Data governance in SFDC and Sales Compensation administration from Sales Operations side.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the yearly contracting season (Double Down)
- Ensure high Data Quality and Governance in SFDC
- Drive Standardization and process optimization across commercial functions
- Act as area anchor on sales training and development
- Closely cooperate with Center Sales Operations to ensure we have the right tools and processes for effective and efficient data driven sales management
- Ensure proper on-boarding set up is in place and executed across commercial functions
- Drive adoption and usage of relevant Performance Dashboards
- Be the area specialist in Sales Compensation (SIP) design and execution in close collaboration with Finance Business Partners
- Supports the creation and execution of the Sales and Commercial Strategy
- Provides support to the sales frontline (Charterers) in the day-to-day Account Planning efforts

Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related industry preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project or process management
- Process excellence and change management
- Influence without authority
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of Maersk commercial processes and stakeholders
- Project management experience
- Practical commercial sense
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-starter
- Team player
- Drive sales effectiveness
- Analytical mindset, sense for detail
