As a Customer Success Manager at ParsePort, you will be playing a fundamental role in onboarding new customers from across the European Union.
You will be the one ensuring that our customers feel right at home in our cloud-based software solutions. We expect you to be open-minded, meticulous and a natural at giving our customers mind blowing service. Does it sound like you? Then read on!
ParsePort is the leading provider of solutions that convert annual reports to the XBRL and the iXBRL formats for publicly listed companies and for auditors throughout the EU. We have already helped countless European companies convert their annual reports, but there are still many companies that need our help.
Therefore, we are looking a Customer Success Manager to guide our clients in the use of our products in Europe.
To be considered you will need to be native/fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish language.
About the job
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
As you will collaborate with your fellow Customer Success Managers in other countries, it is necessary that you have professional English skills.
You will be working from our Danish headquarters in Albertslund (Copenhagen).

A candidate with a strong analytical mindset, solid communication skills and background within IT would be preferable. The right candidate will have a strong desire to learn new skills and can thrive in the role of helping our customers across the EU. You will of course receive a thorough introduction to our products and systems in the start-up phase.

About the job
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Direct contact with our clients
- Advising clients on emerging regulatory guidelines
- Organizing software demos (via Teams) for our clients
- Handling/maintaining an overview of the clients’ implementation processes
- Service your client base to the max and troubleshoot with them
- Create customer related tasks for our technical team
- Collect and share industry related information
- Keeping track of your client portfolio and assist them in their annual filing process
- Various ad-hoc tasks related to the above
