What we offer
An opportunity to be responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Sweden. Together with your sales team you will ensure the continuous growth in market share and create economy of scale on the Swedish market. You will report to the GM of Nordics.
Your Responsibilities
Our head office is based in Lynge Denmark and we have a meeting hub in Kista, Stockholm. You will work from home when not visiting customers. Team and sales meetings will take place in Lynge or Kista. There will be approximately 50% of travelling in Sweden. However, this may vary depending on the time of the year.
You
You are a sales professional with experience from the audiology or medtech industry. You have successfully worked in a similar position for several years and preferably you have a comprehensive understanding of our target groups and the regional-specific market players.
We expect you to have an understanding of the value of building relationship with customers and key persons on the market. You have proven that you can implement sustainable sales strategies by professionally managing clients and key accounts. You have the necessary analytical skills, creativity and flexibility, self-motivation and agility, as well as excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership experience is not a must but you see a leadership role as your natural next career step, and you are very motivated by leading other people to succeed.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead all sales activities in Sweden for our private and public customers
- Lead and develop the Swedish sales team (currently 3 FTEs)
- Develop a strategy for our products and software to become the no. 1 choice by audiologists
- Observe market specific trends and key factors to fine tune our products and services to the market needs
- Management of local Key Accounts (Tenders & Regions)
- Develop background and shaping of tenders and price negotiations
- Provide management with market analysis on short and longer term
- Responsible for the sales budget
- Ensure that the team provides proper hotline support for technical audiology questions
