About the department

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international, high performing team in Køge, Denmark. You will work with the marketing department in the planning and execution of the marketing initiatives including the new exciting Go-to-Market plan for new products. You will work in close collaboration with the sales and business development organization in ensuring we establish the correct strategies and approach in the market.

The position

You will assist the marketing communication team targeting key global players. In this role you will perform market assessment within the biopharmaceutical market. You will help to develop/ensure timely updates to our internal tools, work with team members to develop new marketing strategies, and assist with value communication planning/development. Assist in coordinating various department supporting activities including minutes of meeting, meeting scheduling. You will also support the daily marketing activities such as website, social media, and assisting with managing Salesforce (CRM).

  • Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months.
  • Start date: 01.08.2020

Qualifications
We are looking for a student intern who is passionate about marketing and product development. You are currently studying your master’s degree in a business subject with background biotechnology/biopharma. Strong knowledge or/and previous experience in Go-to-Market activities, understanding of the B2B with the pharmaceutical industry would be an added benefit. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English, ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision), sound personal judgement, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
