As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the sales cycle from prospecting leads, qualifying opportunities, negotiations with potential clients, answering RFPs and finally handing over new customers to our incredible Service Delivery teams. In addition, you might be relationship owner for selected customers.
Your primary focus is to deliver services that help our customers gain maximum value from their investments in new ERP systems – focus being on D365. When ERP projects are finished is where companies truly look to harvest the benefits of their new systems and business processes and that’s exactly our business. Your point of contacts are CIOs, CEOs, MDs, Operations Directors or anyone else who might be decision makers. We aim at customers in the Enterprise segment and we are focused on the Food, Manufacturing and Retail business.
Market wise the focus will be on Denmark. However, many of our existing – and future – clients are international of character. That calls for a Sales Professional that is comfortable in cross boarder / cross cultural understanding with all the exiting aspects of that.
Columbus Care is part of Columbus Nine Doors Services portfolio. As a tightly integrated service area we aim at providing our customer with stability and agility in running their D365 or AX systems. We cover the following service areas, based on ITIL 4.0:
Furthermore minor projects and service expansions to projects will be part of the services in scope.

You have up to 10 years of experience with sales or business development and are used to establishing long lasting relationships with client decision makers. You have a solid knowledge of the ERP arena and you can have meaningful conversations with clients on the value of adding IT services to support business. You are confident in answering larger Request for Proposals (RFPs) and you are able to build End-to-End proposals supported by subject matter experts.
You have a strong track record in closing larger services deals and you know the Danish ERP marked well. Busy days are part of your “personal fuel” and you manage to re-charge your batteries between the sprints.
Finally, you are a world class colleague. You understand the value of team-work, and you help your colleagues like they help you – the Columbian way.
Language skills required: Danish native and English fluently.
