GN Audio is looking for a Finance Business Partner to the Global Sales and Marketing team in Business Finance.

Do you want to speed up your career within finance by combining your background and toolbox within finance with a business partner approach, sparring and working with the business making a real impact in an international, high growth C25 company?

As our new Business Partner in the Global Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible and go-to person for the business for finance related matters and questions, including analysis, reporting, ad-hoc business cases and budgets to name a few. You will support a dedicated area either within global sales or as the dedicated global marketing finance person, depending on your profile and career aspirations.

The team you will be joining is known for being proactive and high performers - all while having a smile on their faces. We work in close collaboration with the business and executive management in GN Audio while always having a close link to our regional finance teams. We focus on development, and we are a team where everyone contributes, and we help each other.

Business partnership and strong focus on finance processes

  • Provide financial business partnership and decision support to stakeholders across functions
  • Develop, analyze, interpret, and present financial results to stakeholders, from executive to manager level
  • Improve and define KPIs (business and financial metrics) and reports to effectively manage and measure business performance
  • Participate in Business Case creation and validation
  • Assist and drive Budget and Forecast process
  • If relevant: Give input to our reporting and digitalization and BI setup in Business Finance
  • Drive and contribute to finance projects within given business area and across business finance

Who are you?

  • Experienced in either consulting, banking and/or larger company working in a Finance function a business partner is seen as an advantage
  • Topic experience within the area’s digital, technology, sales, marketing and finance is seen as an advantage
  • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with top 20% result – e.g., in economics, finance or similar
  • Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint and a fluent English required
  • Power BI competence is an advantage
