We are looking for a Student Assistant to assist with projects and assignments related to serving our Key Account partners

This is a unique opportunity to quickly build hands-on project experience inside an international company while working cross cultures.

You will be a part of our Category Management team which works closely with our colleagues in the Portfolio Management team to serve our Key Account clients with new products in alignment with the specifications and on time. Your tasks will be a mix of administrative assignments and project work.

Your primary assignment is to support our Key Account Category Manager located in Chicago delivering on our many key account programs. The programs are delivered in both branded and un-branded versions for the various accounts and all relevant product documentation must reflect the client/account relationship and be coordinated inside the specific R&D program delivering the final product offering.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the assigned program responsible to coordinate and align throughout the process until the program is securely delivered.

We expect weekly hours to be around 13-15 per week and timeslots will be based on mutual agreement. There will be periods where further support and extra hours are needed - we are of course flexible in relation to your study.

The following tasks will be your job:

  • Gain an understanding of our Key Account process as it relates to NPD
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing creation and technical writing
  • Create and manage deliverables related to Type 2 donor programs

Focus on structure, communication, and attention to detail
As a person you are self-driven, persistent and detail oriented and you communicate well both verbally and in written English.

Your qualifications are:

  • You are structured in your approach to your tasks
  • You understand the importance of keeping deadlines and following up
  • You can work independently and as part of a team
  • You communicate easily with people on different levels in a diplomatic fashion
  • You have the skills to quickly understand and adapt to processes and formats
