We are looking for a result-oriented senior Salesforce.com commercial platform owner that can unleash the power of salesforce and change the way we do business. As our new Salesforce.com senior platform owner, you will be the advisor to our Sales organization, Salesforce Community, Customer Care Community and Pardot users and take ownership of continuous innovation and future roadmap on our CRM investment to help deliver value, and drive support, knowledge, adoption and loyalty with our internal users and customers.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Create the GN hearing vision for salesforce.com; both long term and short and make sure we are on track with the correct KPIs and measurements.
- Work with business leaders in HQ as well as the frontline, key stakeholders, and Salesforce users to define product requirements. Collaborate with the Business and Platform teams to help design solutions to improve platform adoption, ease of use, data integrity, system reliability and scalability. Advocate for holistic use of Salesforce, moving from siloed departmental use to organization wide solutions and support the business through data
- Engage with Department Leaders and aid them in streamlining and digitizing old business processes, transforming them into new, more efficient/effective processes backed by industry benchmarks and measurable KPIs
- Communicate any issues or concerns from users or developers to ensure deliverables solve problems, increase functionality, and streamline workflow
- Act as point of contact with Salesforce rep for product inquiries, renewals, and modifications to contracts
You will own the Salesforce product roadmap. Also, you will champion new features and functionalities and curate development backlog, groom and maintain backlog items. You will work with the business and technical teams to establish prioritization of deliverables. You will document changes and communicate with users as well as facilitate monthly Steering Committee to align departmental needs, while informing stakeholders of progress and blockers.
You will be successful in the role if you have:
- A firm understanding of Salesforce development and architectural best practices
- An ability to drive change and adoption, speak with data and fully utilize the potential of salesforce.com
- A proven track record on implementing and institutionalizing salesforce and leading an organization from analog to digital through excellent stakeholder management and clear guidance
- 8- 10 years of experience within Salesforce.com and e-commerce as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce.com, Pardot and other Salesforce.com products
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with presenting complex material in a convincing way
- Technical knowledge and experience from the IT industry are preferred
- Experience with the B2B AND B2C market and understand customer needs – both end-users and companies
- Business Education at Bachelor or Master level
- The skill to effortlessly communicate in spoken and written English
