We are establishing a new Northern Europe HQ team in Siemens Digital Industries within the business unit Factory Automation called DI FA S EUR-N. We are looking for a Sales Supporter to join this decentralized HQ function, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Would you like to be a part of the journey and make your mark on the team?

The DI FA S EUR-N team is a multidisciplinary, international, and diverse team who is supporting the regional DI FA colleagues in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia, and other assigned countries within the Lead Country Bundle (LCB) structure. We are talking about a HQ function within the strong DI FA S organization, giving you a unique opportunity to work closely together with other HQ colleagues in e.g., Regional Management, Finance, Product Management, other Sales Supporters and other central functions in Nuremberg and around the world too.

In DI FA S EUR-N you will meet colleagues working as Regional Managers, Business Developers for TIA Systems (incl simulation and virtual commissioning), Business Developers for Operational Technology (SCADA, Industrial Edge, vertical integration etc.), Business Developers for verticals like Battery, Finance etc.

It is a core part of the FA Sales Transformation (FAST) project now being implemented within DI FA, that the decentralized HQ functions are to be strong, multidisciplinary, empowered and dynamic organizations closer to the regions, markets and customers, providing a future oriented interface between the regions and HQ. What are your responsibilities?

  • Supporting the Regional Managers, Business Developers and our regions in operational topics like prepare special pricing requests, special reports and analysis, handle delivery prioritization requests and product quality topics
  • Coordinate piece count planning etc.
  • Prepare presentations for DI FA S EUR-N Manager,Regional Managers etc.
  • Organize webinars, trainings for DI FA S EUR-N and our regions
  • Supporting visits in e.g. Germany for customers and our regions
  • Maintain DI FA S EUR-N Intranet and it-infrastructure
  • Assisting DI FA S EUR-N colleagues in travel planning, bookings, settlement etc.
  • Coordinating DI FA S EUR-N meetings and events
  • Assisting DI FA S EUR-N Manager and the team in respect to secretary and team assistance tasks


How do you qualify for this job?

We are looking for a person who has at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Experience within business administration, logistics or similar
  • Personal Assistant (PA), Secretary or Team Assistant experience
  • Desire to work with complex tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with it-systems such as SAP, MS Office etc.
  • Business understanding and focus
  • International and analytic mindset
  • Other relevant experience


Your new colleagues

On a daily basis you will be a part of our DI FA S EUR-N HQ team of around 10 people globally, working in Copenhagen and virtually from other locations. Your primary coworkers will be the DI FA S EUR-N team, the DI FA contact persons (Lead Business Unit (LBU), Sales Specialists (SSP) etc.) in your regions, Sales Supporters in other locations and the colleagues in our central HQ in Nuremberg and Eisenstadt.
