Job Description
Your contribution to something big
- Responsible for the turnover and profit of the assigned accounts
- Contract negotiation including Terms and Conditions, local customer specific marketing activities and promotions
- Sales and listing, such as innovations and promotions
- Tasks in the field of logistics and finance (credits, open receivables, etc.)
- Information flow management (internal – Regional Brand Managers, Business Unit, logistics and external service, external - customers)
- Control of relevant KPIs and compliance with defined budgets
- Responsibility for customer and market processing strategy
- Development of new business segments and new distribution channels
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- University degree in marketing or business administration
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed
- Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
- Strong strategic and analytical skills for offline and online business
- High affinity with e-commerce business
- Very good understanding of buying decisions and operations in relevant Power Tools retail channels and different Power Tools retail formats (online/offline)
- Demonstrate strategic outlook, commercial awareness, financial acumen and budgetary responsibility
- Very high level of user- and result orientation as well as future-oriented thinking
- Experience in working within cross-functional teams
