About the job role
Cougartron has an ever-expanding global dealer network. Our target customer profile are suppliers of welding machines and related welding accessories and consumables.
Your primary duties will include:
- Responsibility for the growth of Cougartron dealers abroad (primarily UK and Nordics but including other countries in Europe, and further abroad)
- Visiting dealers to train and develop sales
- Conducting annual dealer review meetings
- Consistent, timely follow up of dealers via phone calls and in person/online dealer meetings
- Other dealer sales and demonstrations as necessary
We expect you to:
- Demonstrate a high level of strategic sales ability
- Be proficient at international communication especially in the UK market
- Demonstrate the company values in all business interactions
- Represent the Cougartron brand in a responsible manner at all times
- Be creative and willing to try new methods to increase performance
- Take on sales training and demonstrate a mastery of this
It is important that you:
- Have previous Key Account Management and/or channel sales experience
- Have experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
