We are looking for a candidate that can take ownership of the Salesforce universe in EPOS and is not afraid to influence the business to help them get a best practice platform that will help them in their daily job.
Our new Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our current Salesforce solutions so that it meets business requirements. Our platform is today built on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, meaning it is a versatile platform with an extended architecture. The platform is also heavily integrated with our other IT platforms such as ERP and PIM.
You will be working with advanced configuration such as creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, Lightning components, Apex triggers and approval processes.
You will be working from our EPOS headquarters located in Ballerup.

Then what is lying ahead of you? Joining Demant you will be part of our Global IT Organisation which has more than 600 employees with main hubs in Denmark, Poland, US, and Asia Pacific region. This organisation plays an essential role when it comes to reaching the business goals of Demant. You will be part of our IT team fully committed to the EPOS brand.
You will have a broad interface with important stakeholders and users across the organisation, and with your technical and functional understanding of Salesforce, you will have the following responsibilities:

The ideal candidate have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
We expect that you have some years of experience in a comparable role. Desired skills include SQL, Apex, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, Apex classes, Salesforce.com architecture components, sales, service and marketing clouds, XML, and CSS.

- Reviews and/or analyze architectural requirements
- Be responsible for providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages.
- Provide Salesforce solution architecture guidance to business stakeholders and management in-order to effectively support the corporate business goals
- Lead in defining, explaining, and creating the technology strategy roadmap for our Salesforce platform
- Create and maintain up-to-date diagrams of Salesforce environment and the associated integration points
