What is the job about?
As our new Senior Global Sales Enablement Consultant within our Water Utility network, you will be responsible for developing and deploying commercial excellence and sales enablement initiatives and programs within our Water Utility division with a goal to increase commercial (sales) capability, effectiveness, and efficiency.
What is the job about?Other responsibilities include:
• Identification of commercial processes & tools improvement opportunities, consultancy within systems & processes and ensuring that they are developed and implemented within the Water Utility commercial organization
• Leading and/or taking part in projects related to commercial capability development, sales enablement, related processes & systems
• Be the custodian and subject matter expert of Sales enablement, Sales excellence, Customer classification and ECSS
• Drive the development and execution of WU Commercial Excellence (ComEx) and Sales enablement programs under the guidance of the COMEX Senior Manager and in close alignment with peer team colleagues, senior leaders in sales and our regional ComEx network
• Promote, deploy and facilitate a sales excellence culture and discipline across the WU organisation
• Develop and deploy sales enablement tools, reporting and processes
• Develop and execute training programs the WU commercial organisation
• Support value-based learning modules as part of sales enablement and demand generation
• Be point of contact for commercial organization in respect to Sales excellence and sales enablement processes, tools & training
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
• A degree in Business, economics, sales or similar
• Hands on experience within the sales excellence and/or sales enablement domain (process, tools and systems)
• Working experience within an international environment and respective scope
• Experience with value based-selling techniques and selling related educational content
• Experience with planning and implementing projects related to competence development and process improvement in internal and external sales – preferably combined with a sharp eye for how to utilize technology to support a future-oriented sales organization
• A proven history of driving projects to execution and delivering tangible and measurable results
• Proficient in English both written and verbal
As a person you have a strategic mindset, positive attitude and shows initiative. You have great communication skills, is a good relation builder and can influence others.
