Then you might be the new Area Sales Manager we are looking for to our Royal Denim Division.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to strengthen our team and to accelerate our journey towards reaching our growth strategi.

As a person, you are ambitious, confident and capable of making decisions that have a high business impact. You are outgoing, inspiring and able to motivate those around you. You have excellent negotiation skills and are used to negotiating on a strategic level. You thrive in an action-oriented culture where you get a high level of responsibility and freedom to run with your own ideas within your field.

The job
As Area Sales Manager, you will be key in achieving our common goals. You will be responsible for opening new customers and retaining existing customers in your markets. You will be trusted with great flexibility, in order to produce results and common goals we set together.

Drawing on your solid experience from the textile business, you manage to work on an international platform, where costumer needs and behavior varies from market to market. You open new doors to customers and markets, on your own or in collaboration with our dedicated Sales Force in the fields.

Your role will also be to train, inspire and grow the sales force in your markets.

More specifically - your tasks include:

  • Expanding R.D.D on existing / new markets
  • Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets/customers
  • Growing people to grow business
  • Preparing sell-in and being present, in the market’s showrooms
  • Establishing long-term relationships with our customers
  • Participating in our internal Sales Meetings, as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer
  • Collecting feedback from the markets for future collections


Qualifications

  • Experience from the fashion industry, with an international profile
  • Experience approaching new customers
  • Experience within Key Account Management
  • Solid business understanding and analyzing figures and numbers
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
