Your team
You become a part of the team responsible for the biggest and best performing Cross Border Online customers at JACK & JONES. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers and play a significant role in contributing to developing JACK & JONES’ position within our portfolio of online accounts.
Your responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Key Account Managers in the markets and our online accounts, which includes Asos and JJ.com. You act as the link between the accounts, our sales team and our buying department.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Key Account Managers in the markets and our online accounts, which includes Asos and JJ.com. You act as the link between the accounts, our sales team and our buying department.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Administrative management of accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Evaluating delivery tracking to brief Key Account Managers
- Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
- Order processing and following up on order and stock situation
- Distribution of products to our customers
- Assisting at sales events
- Optimising sales to our e-commerce partners
- Participating direct customer meeting to support on ways of working

Your profile
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:
- Understanding of numbers and business
- Excelent skills in written and spoken English.
- Experience from an administrative sales position would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is considered a plus.
