Do you have at least 3 years' of experience working with financial reporting and sales analytics in an international company? Then this is your chance to create relations across our many subsidiaries and contribute to our continual growth by driving price and margin analytics and related improvement activities within all Radiometer Sales Companies. We have more than 30 subsidiaries globally and Radiometer Medical is a market-leading provider of Blood Gas Analyzers and similar medical devices. Join a newly established and entrepreneurial team

We know it sounds surprising. An entrepreneurial team in a well-established company with more than 1,100 employees in the HQ in Copenhagen and 3,700 globally. The fact is that this team was recently established with a very special focus on innovating and optimizing many sales processes globally. You can expect to join a strong team of 5 commercial and financial experts, who knows Radiometer and have been part of the organization for a year or more. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Commercial Excellence team, you can look forward to be responsible for analysis and Kaizen activities (our lingo for project-, growth- and LEAN improvements/workshops) on global price and profitability of all Radiometer Sales Subsidiaries. All related activities impact:

  • Global price and profitability analysis and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement projects for price and profitability to support transparency and benchmarking across sales subsidiaries. Including simplification, development and implementation of related tools and underlying master data structure.Support commercial KPI tracking, reporting and deep dive analysis
  • Assist in and contribute to other improvement projects within the Commercial Excellence space

The job takes you travelling for 2-3 days per month in average.

Qualifications

We expect you to have a master’s degree within a financial field (i.e cand.merc or cand.polit/oecon). This combined with the following increases your chances of success:

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience from an international company – preferably from a finance department
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial reporting challenges, including systems and master data
  • Ability to understand complex processes and DBS tools (LEAN tools) with a thorough knowledge of ERP, CRM, BI and related IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a humble personality that goes well across levels in the organization. Ability to guide and challenge multiple stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and are used to work independently while at the same time being part of a team
  • Professional fluency in English verbally and in writing
