As a Sales Support Analyst in WTW you will be part of our business controller function supporting primarily our sales and client management team that develops and supports various internal systems and tools that are used to increase revenue and improve the overall effectiveness of our sales and client management efforts. You will work with various systems including Tableau and MS Dynamics.

The Role
- Analyzing data for the sale and business management as a basis for decision making
- In coordination with business controller follow up on sales and client management KPI’s e.g. Cross-sell, hit-rate, retention as well as further develop new reports and dashboards including testing and troubleshooting
- Support sales and client management in driving various projects
- Coordinate campaigns through CRM together with business leaders
- Communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders
- System owner of CRM system ensuring correct use of the system and data is valid data
- Pipeline management in collaboration the sales and business managers
- Support and drive the client satisfactory surveys
- Collaboration with compliance to ensure an efficient KYC process
- Optimize processes within sale operations to reduce cost of sale
About you

- You have a degree in Finance or IT with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- You have great analytical and problem-solving skills, and you ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accurate
- Demonstrated proficiency with MIS/BI and CRM systems preferrable Tableau and MS Dynamics
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- You know that great results are created through teamwork
- Promote a positive workplace environment
- Strong communication skills
