We are right now looking for a Swedish speaking Key Account Manager to service and develop our B2B customers in Sweden. A person, who is able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions, achieve mutual satisfaction and contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Job Description



We aim to restructure our current business in Sweden with focus on distributors plus key accounts. In this connection, we are looking for a highly motivated employee, who would like to join our journey, be part of a Scandinavian sales team, and be able to solve the tasks from our location in Esbjerg.

As Key Account Manager your task is to develop and grow sales of the HC-CARGO brand by developing existing customers & partners, promote direct B2B online sales via our digital solutions and search for new business opportunities.

Your Contribution to Something Big…

  • Developing and implementing the company sales strategy in Sweden
  • Establishing customer relationships
  • Driving business by growing existing customers & acquiring new in relevant trade levels and product segments
  • Realizing growth plans by setting and following development activities and customers’ sales targets including CAPs and agreed action plans
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders both locally in Esbjerg and also within the Bosch organization
  • Daily contact and service of customers via phone, mail and Skype


Qualifications



We expect you to have a commercial, result-oriented mindset and ability & willingness to analyse and act upon business results, as this is a prerequisite for success in the position. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with working in an internationally oriented environment and the automotive industry. You will be part of a Scandinavian team and should thrive working with different cultures, mindsets & backgrounds.

You should be an experienced negotiator with the ability to have detailed commercial discussions as well as having a general technical understanding.

Being proactive and feeling ownership of own customers and business will enable you to reach the sometimes tough deadlines.

Danish and English is our day-2-day language in the office and communication to the customers in the portfolio is Swedish.

The Scandinavian sales team has its base in our headquarters in Esbjerg. As our new Key Account Manager you are expected to visit our customers in Sweden, mainly in the beginning to build strong customer relationships. After a period, the majority of the work is expected to be all done from Esbjerg.

HC-CARGO is a global player within trade with auto-electrical spare parts and components via several distribution channels targeting the independent automotive aftermarket.
