Are you our new Junior Sales Manager in Maersk Training’s commercial team in Denmark based out of Esbjerg?
As our new Junior Sales Manager you possess great interest in international sales, business development and customer relations. You will be responsible for increasing our business with new customers and developing our portfolio of existing customers. You will also support our Senior Sales Managers with lead generation and market penetration. We offer exciting career development opportunities within Maersk Training.
• Manage assigned customers and budget base.
• Pursue opportunities with manning companies especially within Wind Energy
• Pursue and secure business in line with objectives
• Work independently and in teams with KPI’s and revenue targets
• Effectively handle inbound enquiries through channels such as email, phone and “in person” visitors
• Develop long term positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Act as the face of our company, embodying our Core Values and principles in how we do business.
We are looking for a person with an strong selling personality with a track record of relationship-oriented sales experience. The key point is that you are highly motivated to achieve results and complete running projects. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:
• Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
• Service minded with a high drive
• Must have excellent communication skills and preferably experience with CRM
• A structured way of working, showing a sense of urgency for goal achievement
• Fluent in English and Danish both verbally and in writing
