Job Description



As Key Account manager, you will be a company’s representative in the market insuring business and relationship development according to overall strategy and KPIs and a B2B customers’ contact person for commercial topics.

It is you, who will be responsible for developing and following sales strategy together with the mother company in entrusted territory, developing business with existing and finding new customers in different trade levels and product segments, establishing relationships and constantly visiting customers and regional sales organizations, forecasting and analyzing sales figures, participating in customers’ events and marketing activities.

Your Contribution to Something Big…

  • Developing and implementing company sales strategy in own area
  • Establishing customer relationships
  • Driving business by growing existing customers & acquiring new in relevant trade levels and product segments
  • Realizing growth plans by setting and following development activities and customers’ sales targets including CAPs and agreed action plans
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders both locally in Esbjerg but also within the Bosch organization
  • Daily contact and service of customers via phone, mail and Skype


Qualifications



We expect you to have a commercial, result-oriented mindset and ability & willingness to analyze and act upon business results is a prerequisite for success in the position. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with working in an internationally oriented environment and the automotive industry. You will be part of our Export team and should thrive working with different cultures, mindsets & backgrounds.

You should be an experienced negotiator with the ability to have detailed commercial discussions as well as having a general technical understanding.

Being proactive and feeling ownership of own customers and business will enable you to reach the sometimes tough deadlines.

Danish and English is our day-2-day languages in the office and communication to the customers in the portfolio is English.

The Export team has its base in our headquarters in Esbjerg. As our new Key Account Manager, you are expected to visit our customers in Norway, Finland and the Baltic states. After a period, the majority of the work is expected to be all done from Esbjerg.
