This is a high impact role with opportunity to form the sales strategy, work in a truly global business, working with some of the largest customers in the region.
We are on a growth journey and transforming the way we do training.

You will be reporting to the General Manager of Esbjerg’s Safety, Survival & Technical Training Division and have peers locally and in the other clusters.

Key responsibilities


• Lead, develop and grow commercial performance through the execution of the commercial strategy

• Drive commercial opportunities and insight as part of overall Strategy and Vision

• Drive and support future business opportunities including development of business cases

• Prospect and sell training solutions to major clients within your designated regions and accounts

• Understand the requirements of the customer, map it to the services of the organisation and draft proposals accordingly.

• Build a strong multi-level win-win relation with new and existing customers through an understanding of their business in order to map out their needs, proactively suggest training products from our MT Product Portfolio and draft proposals/frame agreements accordingly

We are looking for


We are looking for an experienced professional (more than 5 years) preferably with a background from within the energy sectors. Demonstrated experience within business development is required.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have the following skillsets:

o Well-developed skills in identifying and maturing business opportunities, building relationships, and storytelling

o Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and can adjust approaches to customers as a result

o Comfortable with shifting priorities, workload, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

o Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts, in tendered and non-tendered environments

o Strong presence and ability to communicate / present / consult with decision makers

o A team player in a fast-paced international environment, coping with large scale business challenges

o Capable in building strong and lasting relationships and networks at multiple levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers, both locally and internationally

o Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills as well as ability to do needs evaluation and handle most common customer objections

o Resilient, tenacious and persistent

o Self Motivated and performance driven

o Excellent communication skills in English
