Where do you come in?
We are looking for an ambitious student assistant for our Owner Agreements team. Anchored in VIKING’s Commercial division, the Owner Agreements department develops and strengthens service concept sales in close collaboration with corporate stakeholders around the world.
If you have a strategic mindset and understand organizational dynamics in complex business environments, then please read on. We need an analytical and structured colleague with great commercial and communication skills as well as attention to detail.
As a person you are outgoing and motivated by working across departments and national borders.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting
- Smaller projects and tasks
- Contract support
- Develop presentations and other materials
- Ad hoc project tasks and daily administration
In a truly global organization as ours, excellent spoken and written English is necessary. Adequate knowledge of the Danish language is preferred.
Working hours are approximately 12 – 16 hours a week with the possibility of more hours during school breaks. Many of our student assistants write their thesis about a VIKING project.
