Job Description:
- You will assist all our German and international customers and represent RackBuddy’s creative and hands-on attitude towards our work, mostly via e-mail, but sometimes also required by telephone
- Proactive sales approach (B2C and B2B)
- Help develop custom-solutions in close collaboration with the customers
- Optimize workflows and solving other ad hoc tasks
We envision that you:
- Have studied, made an apprenticeship or have prior experience within Sales
- Have worked with customer inquiries and/or customer communication
- Are a native speaker in German and speak/write English fluently (Danish and French are a
bonus)
- Provide a positive can-do attitude and handle customer requests in a timely, professional
manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Are structured, work accurately and take pride in your work
- Are reliable and take responsibility for the tasks given to you
