Establish and develop partner sales concept in Europe:
Market leading high-tech company, export activities in Southern and Eastern Europe based on the desire to increase activity in selected markets, Flextrack ApS is looking for an expansion of their sales team.
Export sales to well-known segments
As Area Sales Manager, you will become part of an experienced team with deep understanding of both customers and segments. Furthermore, Flextrack has an established position in the market due to the technological benefits of their tracking devices. The assignment includes both initial sales activities from the office in Esbjerg and travel activity in the selected markets. Specific tasks include:
International sales background with technical interest
You probably have a background from sales of technical products, you have experience with sales to international distributors. Your commercial background enables you to work with contracts, price negotiation and presentation of attractive tenders based on analysis of customers and market needs – you are an excellent merchant!
You are driven by sales that requires you to build up good and lasting relations with the customers. Furthermore, you are self-driven, hardworking and persistent in your approach to achieve goals. To achieve long lasting results, you utilize a structured approach to sales, and you understand that the great victories are achieved when everyone pull together. Therefore, you prefer the team approach when it gets hard. You are reliable and your colleagues describe you as a joyful and smiling person, you interact equally well with all levels of an organisation.

- Customer service, where you are in daily contact with customers and sparring with selected partners
- Business Intelligence gathering including market and competitor analyses.
- Quotations and follow-up on these, order management and price list management.
- Negotiations and budgeting
- Segment work – targeted search for new and exciting customers in the selected markets
- Participation in international customer meetings and trade fairs
- 30-40 travel days annually
