We are looking for a Student Assistant for our Sales and Business Development team. As a Student Assistant you will support the team in Sales and Business Development activities.
The position involves a wide range of tasks including:

The position requires approximately 15-20 hours a week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Tasks will be coordinated with team manager.
You will work from our headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.

We are looking for a Student Assistant for our Sales and Business Development team. As a Student Assistant you will support the team in Sales and Business Development activities.
The position involves a wide range of tasks including:
- The requisition-to-pay process, converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders
- Analyse customers, market, trends and sales data
- Proactively identify and review new business opportunities
- Review and prepare tender material
- Prepare offers for both small-scale and large-scale tenders
- Prepare and write newsletters
- Prepare sales presentations
- Maintain CRM system
Your qualities and skills for job success:
- You are currently taking an education within communication, sales and marketing, engineering or similar
- Service-minded and positive
- Strong focus on delivering quality work
- Self-motivation and high drive
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
Your personal competencies:
- A team player with a structured, process-oriented and flexible approach
- Have a keen interest in Sales and Business Development
The position requires approximately 15-20 hours a week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Tasks will be coordinated with team manager.
