Your position

We are looking for an analytical and curious Sales Excellence colleague to support our sales organisation and continue the development of our global sales model. We are a corporate Marketing & Commercial Excellence team supporting and challenging our entire organisation across geographies and divisions. We are responsible for common tools, systems, processes and competence development and work closely together with sales colleagues all around the world.

You will join a team of 8 competent colleagues and will report to our Manager, Sales Excellence.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As a corporate function, we support our global sales managers, especially during the early sales phases prequalifying for important projects. You will have a critical role in this process, preparing and coordinating our replies in close cooperation with our organisation.

In addition to your sales support tasks, you will be pivotal in developing our sales and market analytics and global commercial infrastructure. During recent years, we have developed our sales operating model including, among other things, governance, processes and systems, and you will be critical in ensuring full implementation and continuing the development. You will work closely with our Manager, Sales Excellence and stakeholders across the organisation.

Your tasks will include day-to-day sales support and long-term sales development including, but not limited to:

· Support our sales managers; especially driving and coordinating the early sales phases

· Support our sales organisation during the implementation of our sales operating model including processes,
tools and systems

· Coordinate and develop onboarding and training programmes for sales employees

· Develop concepts and solutions for implementation in Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Apps, Power Automate
and Power BI

· Interpret data, develop insights and engage in close dialogue with our stakeholders

Your profile and qualifications
We imagine that you are positive and curious by nature and that you like to ‘nerd out’ solutions and dive into and explore technical possibilities and smart features. Besides, you are a good communicator and not afraid to take the lead. You focus on ‘working smarter’ and like to work with development and transform business needs into innovative solutions. Interacting with diverse stakeholders comes easily to you.

We expect you to have the following qualifications:

· Bachelor or other relevant education

· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Excel at an advanced level

· Able to combine business knowledge and analytical skills when solving real-world problems

· Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
