Your position
You will join our dedicated Sales Excellence team supporting our entire organization across geographies and divisions. Besides supporting the sales managers in the early stages of the sales process, the Sales Excellence team is responsible for common tools, systems, processes and competence development in close cooperation with sales colleagues all around the world.
You will report to our Sales Excellence Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Your role focus is on supporting our sales managers when prequalifying for important projects, which means that you will be preparing and coordinating our sales managers’ replies in close cooperation with the organization.
Your tasks will include day-to-day sales support including, but not limited to:

We expect you to have a structured approach and an eye to detail. You work independently and are a great team player focusing on ‘working smarter’ to continuously optimize our processes.

- Updating and maintaining information in customer and market portals
- Updating internal CRM system
Your profile and qualifications
We expect you to have a structured approach and an eye to detail. You work independently and are a great team player focusing on ‘working smarter’ to continuously optimize our processes.
Besides, we expect you to match the following qualifications:
- Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree – preferably within sales
- Microsoft Office experience
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
