Do you have experience from the food and beverage industry, strong software skills and a Commercial mindset? We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer with a broad technical knowledge to support our customers around the world
As our new Field Service Engineer, your overall responsibility will be to support our Aftersales organization at our customers. You will apply technical expert knowledge during our work, installing and starting up our lines and equipment at our customers worldwide.
Your main Tasks and Responsibilities

We imagine that you come from a similar position, and you are used to traveling and being away for longer periods. You are a very respected Team player with strong interpersonal skills. You are Customer oriented.
And have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are balanced with speed and effectiveness.

As our new Field Service Engineer, your overall responsibility will be to support our Aftersales organization at our customers. You will apply technical expert knowledge during our work, installing and starting up our lines and equipment at our customers worldwide.
Your main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain the equipment and installations worldwide
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and remote
- Communicate effectively with customers and team regarding scheduling, repair or maintenance needs, part requests, expectations, and outcomes.
- Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites
- Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with the customer
- Professionally supervise and/or perform service activities
- Provide information and write reports as required
- Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
- Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to the relevant persons
- Expect to have minimum 150 days where you will be out supporting our customers per year
About you:

Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering
- 5 years’ work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
- 5 years’ experience in Servo, HMI, PLC, electrical and electronic systems in general
- Ability to repair machines onsite
- Native level of English (writing/reporting skills are essential)
- Good command of computer skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
