If you dream about a job within Aftersales Service Worldwide, this newly created position as Aftermarket Sales Specialist in our Aftersales team may be for you.

The job

We are looking for a responsible and service-minded Sales Specialist for a hybrid-job in our Aftersales and Service team, which deals with customer support and sales of service solutions. You will be a part of Aasted’s HQ in Farum, Denmark, but since you will be working from home, your location could be anywhere around the world. The tasks are diverse and range from preparation of offers and service agreements to translation of reports and documents.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Follow-up on service agreements, including coordinating and planning tasks
  • Preparation and distribution of service offers, service agreements, and service reports to SLA customers
  • Follow-up on service reports internally and externally
  • Preparation and distribution of service information to customers (News, changes and general information)
  • Ongoing follow-up on submitted offers
  • Close collaboration and dialogue with customers by email, telephone and Teams
  • Work to continuously improve the content of our service agreements and presentations

Other tasks:

  • Work with warranty and complaint cases
  • Work with internal processes and SOPs
  • Support for our Customer Service team

About the team and the job

As a Sales Specialist, you are based in the Customer Service team, which is part of the Aftersales area.

The team works primarily with support for our customers and sales of support agreements, but with you on board we are ready for the next step in our journey with a focus on being more proactive in our sales of all our services. You will get support from your colleagues who are experts in everything from technology to process and good customer service.

Our Aftersales area plays an important role in our ambitious strategy, and in the coming years we will begin a larger journey within Aftersales, focusing on customer experience, development of new services and sales of both old and new services.

At Aasted, you get the opportunity to make your mark on how we can build the best system to support Aftersales in order to increase sales of service solutions. You will be an important part of the internal sales process, so we make sure that we always have our customers' needs in focus.

About you

With your experience from a similar position, you can challenge and strengthen Aasted and help define our future journey within Aftersales and Service.

In the position you will have a large contact surface and being outgoing and positive is therefore an advantage. You are curious and good at asking questions and seeing opportunities for e.g., additional sales. Furthermore, you are motivated to provide our customers and partners with a good and professional service.

Qualifications:

  • More than two years’ experience from a similar job
  • Proactive and structured - with a good overview of structures and processes
  • Want to challenge and improve solutions
  • Familiar with IT and has knowledge of Axapta or similar ERP system
  • To master English in writing and speaking at negotiation level. Preferably German too, but it is not a requirement
  • Experience with order processing and administrative procedures
  • Sense of good business ability
  • Good at keeping track and ensuring that no deadline is missed
  • Commercial insight

You do not need to have a specialist knowledge within Aasted's core areas, but it will be a big plus if you have a good technical understanding.
