About the job

We are looking for a responsible and service-minded Spare Parts Sales for a hybrid-job in our Spare Parts team, which provide customer advice and sell spare parts solutions. The tasks are many and you will be independently responsible for handling everything from the customers first inquiry to the final order.

You will be given the opportunity to make your mark on how we can build the best setup to support Aftersales to increase our sales of spare parts. You will form an important part of our in-house sales process to make sure that we always put our customers’ needs first.

Aftersales play an important role in our ambitious strategy, and for the next few years we will increase our focus on customer experience, develop a new strategy for sale of spare parts, and sale of both new and old customer solutions.

About the team

You will be part of our Spare Parts team with 8 dedicated and competent coordinators / sales specialists. The team is characterized by high spirts, responsibility, and a willingness to help each other. We cooperate dynamically across the organization in our effort to respond to our customers’ needs in the best possible way. You will be reporting to our Team Leader for Spare Parts.

Your primary tasks are:

  • To prepare you own spare parts quotations based on the customer’s requests and needs
  • Following up on submitted spare parts quotations and maintain a close dialogue with the customer during their decision-making phase
  • Responsibility for issuing order confirmations and complying with our in-house process for orders
  • Maintaining contact with the customer to make sure that the purchased goods are delivered successfully
  • To prepare and present information about our products to customers (new items, modifications, and general information)
  • To handle queries from customers all over the world and ensure close cooperation between us and our customer
  • Contributing to our ongoing efforts to improve our recommendations for spare parts
  • Supporting our Aftersales team.

About you

As a person you are outgoing, proactive, with a high energy level, and a positive attitude. You are result-oriented, responsible, persistent and can see unfinished tasks. You are curious and good at asking questions, and you can identify situations where there may be a potential for additional sales. You know the value of customer satisfaction and how important is it to provide excellent service to our customers and representatives.

Your professional qualifications:

  • More than two years work experience from a similar job.
  • Proactive with a good understanding for structures and processes, focused on deadlines.
  • Eager to challenge and improve solutions.
  • Experienced with IT and familiar with Axapta or similar ERP-system.
  • Speak and write English at an advanced level, German is an advantage, but not required.
  • Experienced in submitting quotations and processing orders.
  • Business talent.
  • Commercial insight.

You come from a similar position and your previous work experience will help you challenge and strengthen AASTED and contribute to our continued journey towards excellent customer service in Aftersales and Service.

You do not need to have specialized knowledge within Aasted’s core areas to apply, however, it would be a major plus if you possess a strong technical understanding.
