Georg Jensen is looking for a service-minded Sales Coordinator to support the Wholesale HOME, Scandinavia team. You will report to the Head of Sales Home & B2B, Nordic. The team consists of approx. 8 Sales and Account Managers, all highly experienced and dedicated to further sales initiatives in the Nordic market.

The role
The position is a coordinating role designed to support the Nordic sales team by ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. The criteria for success in this position will be to support Georg Jensen’s overall business goal by delivering unrivalled service & support with focus on exceeding customer expectations. In all aspects, the Sales Coordinator acts professionally and reflects the unique Georg Jensen position in the luxury goods market. The Sales Coordinator focuses on agreed deliverables to reach required goals.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the Nordic sales team by managing our sales calendar and communicating relevant information across all markets
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department e.g. Customer Request Sheet
  • Ensure a continuous and constructive dialogue with markets, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Always optimizing on processes wherever possible
  • Help coordinate and participate in different fairs in the Nordics where focus will be supporting the sales teams, typing orders, supporting the customers etc.
  • Responsible – in corporation with the Sales Team – to coordinate inhouse events for our Wholesale/B2B customers in HQ, Hjørring etc.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and price requests
  • Responsible for making sure that the Nordic Sales Team always are up to date regarding campaigns, price adjustments and other important information
  • Making sure that POS material will be delivered to the sales team
  • Update sell in/sell out numbers each month
  • Development and contribution with visual sales presentation materials

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a similar job and industry.

The ideal candidate has the following competences:
  • Danish and English business proficiency in both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
  • Ambitious & self-driven
  • Hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement
  • Passionate about adding value to the business
  • Ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
  • Strong numerical skills and an analytical mind-set
  • Strong team player with a service minded attitude as well as being able to work independently in own area of responsibilities
  • Dynamic, energetic, proactive, and structured
  • Networker, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
  • Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Excel. Familiar with Axapta is a plus
