Georg Jensen is looking for an experienced and service minded Sales Support Specialist to join the Customer Service & Sales Support, B2B team at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. You will report to the Team Lead, Customer Service & Sales Support, B2B.

The role
The Sales Support Specialist will be point of contact for selected Key Accounts, the commercial team and our Trade Marketing Team. The role is focused on strengthening the partnership between the Key Accounts and Georg Jensen by keeping a close dialogue and by optimizing the current workflows. The criteria for success in this position will be to support Georg Jensen’s overall business goal by delivering exceptional Customer Service with focus on exceeding customer expectations. In all aspects, the Customer Service team acts professionally and reflects the unique Georg Jensen position in the luxury goods market.

Your Profile:
You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a same industry is preferable.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Key Account Support
- Keep overview of planned campaigns and promotions
- Order management including delivery updates and product availability
- Maintain and share product master data and information with key accounts
- Claim and return handling
Sales/Trade Manager support
- Update Sales Managers with delivery information and eventual changes of orders
- Support Sales Managers with product information and daily handling of accounts
- Support with new account creation
Other Tasks
- Develop and manage SOP’s
- Ad Hoc Support in Customer Service at peaks.
- Maintain customer master data and product information database
- Inform customers about news, changes, general info
- Troubleshooting and support to Customer Service and internal stakeholders
Your Profile:
You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a same industry is preferable.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Dynamic, energetic, proactive and structured
- Hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement
- Passionate about adding value to the business
- Ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
- Numerical skills and an analytical mind-set
- Team player with a service minded attitude as well as being able to work independently in own area of responsibilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Business proficiency in English and Danish with strong communication skills
- Solid experience user of ERP systems. Familiarity with Axapta is a plus
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Excel.
