Do you want to be part of establishing a global S&OP process to enable CO-RO’s ambitious growth journey? Are you passionate about developing new processes and making them work in real life? Then you may be the right candidate for our role as S&OP Planner.
CO-RO A/S is a global leader in fruit concentrates, fruit-based drinks, and home-freeze ice lollies. Our more than 1,200 employees globally work diligently to develop, produce and market products under our internationally recognized brands, Sunquick, Suntop, Suncola and Sun Lolly.
CO-RO, founded in 1942, is a Danish company with a global foot print. The Brands are available in more than 75 countries with production sites in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The company is continuously growing by maintaining market leadership, expanding to new markets and introducing innovation. 2017 turnover was approx. DKK 2 bn. – mostly generated outside Europe.
We follow an ambitious growth strategy, and our ambition is to expand the role of our brands in people’s lives. We want to lead in the markets we operate in through innovative products that refresh and delight consumers.
As S&OP Planner your will play a key role in implementing S&OP in CO-RO. You will take the lead in establishing global processes within demand planning, inventory management, NPI, phase out, and reporting. You will also facilitate the monthly processes as they become implemented. As we have recently implemented a new planning and ERP system (Dynamics 365), you will take part in ensuring a strong link between system and operational processes. Furthermore, you will take part in many of CO-RO’s development projects serving as the link between the project and other stakeholders within supply chain and operations.
You will be part of the S&OP team that take care of all planning related matters from forecasting to new product introduction and to phase out projects. We have a wide range of stakeholders at other departments in Frederikssund as well as with our many partners around the world.

The profile:
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within planning and hold a Diploma/master’s degree within SCM or engineering
- You think conceptual and have a strong theoretical background within supply chain planning and have strong analytical skills
- You have great facilitation skills and good project management skills
- You have great excel/BI skills and are familiar with Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools
- You have an open mind, are pragmatic and are able to communicate on different levels in the organization
- English (written & spoken) is a requirement, Danish at conversation level is an advantage
- Under normal circumstances, 20-30 travel days per year should be expected. During COVID19 we have so far not been traveling.
