Over the years, Aerovit A/S has acquired a great deal of knowledge about soot fouling and the removal through continuous development of methods and products.Several thousand boiler cleaning systems have been installed worldwide.With the soot blowing system, we stand out from other manufacturers of similar products, as the Aerovit valve has integrated cooling and sound silencer so that the valves can be adapted to all operating situations and installations.Today, more than 3000 Aerovit soot blowers have been sold, primarily to boiler manufacturers across Europe.This has given us a broad knowledge of continuous soot blowing of many different boiler designs and a myriad of different fuel types.
An acquisition of a company in 2021 supports Aerovit's strategy to become a complete supplier of cleaning solutions for biomass and waste boilers. SC-Jet is a fully automatic cleaning system for biomass and waste boilers with a capacity of +40 MW. Has been sold to more than 50 plants scattered around the world.
Following a new business strategy, we strengthen our organization and are looking for a sharp Business Development Manager with reference to our CEO, who will be responsible for developing the business through strategy, transformation, business processes, customers and sales channels.
To be a good candidate for the position, you must have deep experience with sales and business development in a B2B technical oriented industry. In addition, you are a skilled project manager with the ability to create an overview.
Your work tasks
• Strengthening our work with solutions for our customers and sales channels (new and existing sales channels) also, through independent execution of sales projects that support our strategy
• Drive initiatives through our CRM system as a management tool
• Strengthen our insight into market development, customer needs and impact measurement of sales efforts
• Drive the work with implementation of the commercial strategy and GoTo-market Plan in collaboration with the sales management
• Identify Best Practice solutions
• Strengthen work with data and maximize benefit from CRM
Professional profile
• You are educated at min. bachelor's level – technical preferred
• Analytically strong and sees the value in working with data to optimize sales and processes
• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience with B2B sales of technical products
• Understands commercial processes in a B2B organization
• Good knowledge of Danish and English - both oral and written
Personal profile
• You have a goal-oriented mindset and thrive on making decisions
• You are a positive and outgoing person with strong relational skills
• You deliver high quality
• You are energetic, structured, thorough and independent
• You are a skilled communicator at all levels, in relation to both customers and colleagues
