Administrative Sales Support
Samsøe Samsøe/Envii is looking for an administration sales support, which will become part of the Backoffice Team at our office in Glostrup. As administrative sales support, you will be the daily link between Samsøe Samsøe/Envii and our Wholesale Customers and Consignment partners.
We are looking for a colleague to support our Consignment setup as well as EDI integrations to our Key Accounts in close cooperation with our external EDI partner and internal sales team. You get an all-around role in the team and we see that the ideal candidate is service-minded, has a natural technical understanding of data exchange, is proactive and open to a wide range of administrative sales support tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily support for our Consignment partners, including updating data, following up on our stock and replenishment setup.
- Daily support and maintenance of existing EDI customers. This includes responsibility for the daily communication between our customers, external EDI partners and sales teams.
- Administrative support for our Backoffice department in Glostrup and abroad.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are passionate about service and are motivated helping others
- You work independently and structure is natural for your workflow
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
- You have experience with Sales support or similar
- Understanding the fashion industry and its dynamics
- Super-user in Microsoft Office Excel
- Has experience with ERP Systems, Navision, Business Central or similar
- Consignment and EDI experience is a plus
