Can you maintain and expand the customer portfolio of Eltronic FuelTech in the Shanghai Area in China? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a fast-growing, international company and to take your career to the next level.

The position

We are looking for our first local representative in China to take care of the commercial business relations by being the customers sparring partner and assist them to clarify the technical details and be able to perform technical service jobs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be your customers representative internally.
  • Clarify the customers technical inquiries.
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio in China.
  • Follow the development and trends in the maritime marked in your region, and report back to HQ.
  • Travel-activity to be expected (Primarily within your region and 1-day trips)
  • Perform service jobs situated in China.

Main Tasks

  • Maintain existing and seek out new customers or business opportunities.
  • Technical clarification with customers
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Service jobs. Commissioning, Gastrials etc.
  • Debrief service jobs and collect and give feedback to Service Manager.

You will report to the Sales Director of Eltronic FuelTech and you will coordinate and work closely together with the HQ regarding quotations and assistance with the technical clarification.

We will make sure that you will have a solid knowledge of our products by giving you internal training eg. at our HQ or by virtual training for an extended period.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a both technical and commercial background. You could be Marine Engineer or similar. Ideally, you have experience from the maritime industry.

We expect 2+ years of technical experience and that you know of Danish work ethics and culture and possess knowledge of the Asian market.

It is important that you are fluent in English and Mandarin, and that you can interact and communicate with people at all levels.
