The Services SalesManagermanages direct sales teams engaged in the identification, development, and closing of business opportunitiesacrossof ourfullServicesportfolio. Attain team revenuegrowthand margin targets. Ensure brand values are maintained. Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members. Manage hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns with particular focus on drivingSupport and Deploymentgrowth. Responsible for career development/planning, performance discussions of team members. Customarily and regularly engagedwith key internal stakeholder and customers.

Essential Requirements
• Ability to communicate strategic direction of Dell’s products and services
• Strong leadership skills that can be used to translate strategic direction into results
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a management/leadership function managing large teams of individual contributors
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Directly managesInsideServices Sales practice inCNE Region.
- SetsprioritiesforInsideteam/s and drives focus of vertical/business with cross-business functions (Core Sales / PreSales and all speciality Sales).
- Understands complexities of the customer environment and works to solve complex business issues.
- Ensure Services strategy and capabilities are well understood across all core sales
- Engage & build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
