Your new company

Today, it represents a crucial element of the strategic vision of the company. You will be working field and home based.

Your new role
As the new KAM Respiratory – Region Zealand, you will be responsible for:
  • Own regional sales growth in market share, delivering the budget and performing the sales activities.
  • Maintain the highest level of therapy area, product, competitor and business knowledge, including detailed knowledge of national and local NHS policies and structures.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced personnel in relation to specific job relevant knowledge (e.g. product knowledge), and have the ability to educate others in relation to Chiesi’s business processes or established methodologies e.g. planning and commercial acumen.
  • Manage projects as required to support the delivery of the company’s training and development strategy. Adapt a structured approach to the management of such projects.
  • Organize and/or actively participate in meetings/ conferences at a local, national and where relevant international level.
  • Adhere to, and be fully knowledgeable of all regulations set forth by the domestic but also EFPIA compliance requirements and guidelines.
  • Receiving and forwarding complaints and adverse reactions according to current valid Standard Operating Procedures.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you know your way around health centres and hospitals in the region and you are self-driven as well as able to operate independently. One will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical field sales in competitive open care and specialist therapy areas (experience from the respiratory field is a strong asset). Ideally, you have an impeccable reputation among your peers and customers and possess excellent communication and team-work skills. It is expected to have a business minded attitude to your work. Furthermore, you are able to speak and understand both verbal and written English.
