We Reward Talent
We recognize and reward talent and hard work. For that reason, top performers will be able to make between $250,000 to $500,000+ within the first year when they work for us. Average performers should be able to make at least $150,000 per year. We do not put a cap on your earning potential.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be somebody who is 100% confident in his/her ability to source leads and close deals. You'll need to invest some of your personal time into growing your business. You'll sacrifice a steady paycheck for the first several months to achieve a financially rewarding career you won't find anywhere else.

AUDIOALGORITHMS LLC (audioalgorithms.com) is a U.S. based company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. The company was founded in 2010 and specializes in advanced signal processing applications and software-based communication solutions for mobile phones and desktops. We have provided software to nationwide chains such as Home Depot and Walmart, as well as advanced biomedical signal processing applications for the U.S. Navy and some of the largest research institutions in the United States.
We are in rapid development and are looking for ambitious individuals with the right qualifications to represent us in different regions of the world. In the short term, your primary responsibility will be to build and grow a customer base and create the framework and conditions for being able to open representative offices in your local region.
In the longer term, the position may lead to co-ownership and responsibility for the operation and management of offices in your local region. The position is initially commission-based, which requires that you have the right mentality to be able to work independently, purposefully and hard. The position will become a salaried position with a bonus and benefits package when you have met your performance milestones.
Primary work assignments:
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Follow-up on leads and booking meetings
• Manage and maintain after-sales market
• Remote and onsite product presentations to customers
• Preparation of offers and follow-up
• Plan and structure your work week for optimal performance
• Providing advice on our products and services
• Continuous and systematic updating of sales activities and leads
• Cold calling and outbound sales
We expect:
• You have a track record of success in technical/software sales
• You know how to present yourself professionally and understand the importance of the same
• You have the time and devotion to make this job your number 1 priority
• You know how to inspire, lead a conversation and close a deal
• You have charisma and know how to control a conversation
• You have strong business and communication skills
• You are persuasive
• You are able to communicate quickly, easily and at a high level across situations and with a wide range of different people in your native language as well as the languages spoken in the markets you target
• You are naturally curious about new technologies and will be able to present and discuss technical solutions at a professional level with the customer's business as the focal point
• You have extensive experience in sales and customer care
• You can document past performance in sales and marketing
• You are trustworthy, ambitious, responsible and focused
• Good collaboration skills and high integrity
• You are persistent and will be able to execute on the agreed goals
• You are structured and responsible
• You are courageous and proactive

• Initially 100% remote work. The job will eventually transition to a hybrid role where you will work remotely as well as onsite.
